Chainlink Leads in Development Activities in Real-World Assets

The Oracle Network, Chainlink (Link), continues to dominate the real-world assets (RWA) sector in cryptocurrency based on a recent report by analytics firm Santiment.

According to a post on social media platform X, Chainlink logged 351 significant GitHub events over the past month. This figure far exceeds the second-placed RWA project, Avalanche (Avax), which recorded 183.4 events during the same timeframe.

In third place was Stellar (XLM) with 144.57 GitHub events, while Axelar (Axl), a programmable Web3 interoperability platform, secured the fourth position with 113.77 events.

Chainlink has consistently held the top position on Santiment’s list based on GitHub activity throughout the year. The firm utilizes a methodology that relies on backtested processes to track these events, emphasizing that it does not count routine updates.

Santiment has noted that a high level of development activity often indicates that projects may soon launch new features, potentially reducing the chances of scams.

As of now, Link is trading at $15.21. It ranks 17th in terms of market capitalization, having risen more than 6% in the last 24 hours and over 11% in the past week.
