Charles Barkley attempts ridiculous fake fall on live TV

NBA Hall of Fame member Charles Barkley took issue with how basketball players try to look stylish when they fall to the ground. The league’s former MVP urged his players not to risk breaking their hands or wrists trying to stop a fall.

Barkley was specifically mentioning Zion Williamson of the New Orleans Pelicans, who injured his wrist after attempting a fall in a game against the Sacramento Kings.

“Don’t feel bad, dude,” Barkley said, reviewing footage from the show.NBA on TNT. ”

“I hate it when players fall on their butts and things like that,” he continued.

“You’re not a stuntman,” NBA legend and co-host Kenny Smith countered.

“I actually practiced that when I was playing in the league. [Phoenix] Suns,” Barkley explained.

“You don’t practice like that!” Smith replied.

“Yes, we did it!” Barclay insisted.

He was joined by co-host Shaquille O’Neal, who always liked to find a reason to laugh and make fun of his friends. He demanded that the four-time NBA champion “show me.” “Show me now and get down on your ass now.”

Barkley, 61, who weighed over 250 pounds as an NBA player, immediately decided to give O’Neal a shot.

“No, seriously! When you’re falling, players try to fall—” Barkley said, demonstrating how players try to push themselves with their hands.

“You just do it!” the 6-foot-6 former forward said as he fell to the ground. Don’t try to catch yourself! ”

“Do it again, Chuck,” Shaq urged him.

“Everybody at home, don’t do anything stupid,” Barclay continued as he continued with his lesson plan.

“I put too much stress on my body and end up breaking my finger or wrist.”

Shaq immediately asked the producers to immediately replay Barkley’s fall in slow motion “100 times.”

“Slow motion…get on your ass, America!” O’Neal insisted as Barkley fell in slow motion.

“Raise your arms!” Mr. Berkeley insisted. “Don’t worry about your head. Raise your arms. It won’t hurt your hard head, Shaq.”

The crew agreed this was a tough act for Smith, who pretended to fall down a series of steps before reviewing the highlights package.
