Charli XCX and George Daniel Renew Their Vows in Italy
Charli XCX and George Daniel recently reaffirmed their vows for the second time in beautiful Italy.
After their intimate wedding in London back in July, the couple exchanged their vows again at Tonnara di Scopello, located in the village of Scopello in Sicily.
Reports suggest that the couple walked down the aisle to the melody of Enrique Iglesias’ classic hit “Hero.” Attendees included Matthew Healy’s mom, Dennis Welch, and Troye Sivan.
In a casual yet stylish moment, the 33-year-old singer donned a white lace mini dress while enjoying a drink with friends before the big event. Meanwhile, Daniel, the 35-year-old drummer, opted for an all-black ensemble.
An insider mentioned that the couple referred to the venue as a “rave cave,” hinting at an exciting celebration. “Charli and George didn’t hold back for their second wedding, and it’s bound to be quite the lively party,” the source revealed.
Details poured in suggesting the festivities would last until “the last person falls into bed.” Charli XCX and Daniel’s representatives had yet to respond to inquiries regarding the event.
The duo originally married on July 19. One report noted that Healy missed the reception because he had just flown in from a celebration in Ibiza while attending to his fiancée, who is committed to her debut film in Los Angeles.
Their relationship began to blossom in March 2022 when they were first seen together in New York City, prior to Charli’s much-anticipated “Saturday Night Live” performance.
