Reactions to South Park Episode Following Charlie Kirk’s Death
Andrew Corvette, who produces “The Charlie Kirk Show” and is a close friend of Charlie Kirk, is urging Paramount to take a rerun of a South Park episode off the air. This episode parodied the conservative activist, who was shot and killed on September 10th.
Corvette mentioned that Kirk was actually a fan of the show and had expressed his appreciation for being featured in it. “Hey @paramountplus, I can say with some authority that Charlie loved being in South Park. He told me that multiple times,” he wrote.

Following Kirk’s assassination, Comedy Central pulled the episode shortly after it aired. Kirk, the co-founder of Turning Point USA, leaves behind a wife and two kids.
Corvette asked Paramount to reconsider and bring back the episode, noting it was meaningful to Kirk. “He wanted that episode to be shown,” he stated.
A representative from Paramount confirmed that the episode would not be included in Comedy Central’s standard lineup but remains available on On Demand and Paramount+.
Titled “Got A Nut,” the episode is part of the 27th season, featuring the character Eric Cartman with hairstyles reminiscent of Kirk’s. The storyline includes characters recognizing the conservative figure with “The Charlie Kirk Award of Young Master Devatter.”
Kirk’s Analysis of Global Leadership After His Tragic Death
In August, when the episode first aired, Kirk publicly commended the parody, calling it a “badge of honor.”
In an interview, he described the humor as significant, commenting, “I think it’s a bit funny, and it really reflects the cultural footprint our movement has made.” He encouraged conservatives to embrace humor, suggesting that a serious demeanor can be a hindrance in political discussions.
“From a religious standpoint, we’re all flawed,” he added. “In a more tangible sense, we’re all imperfect. Taking ourselves too seriously might be one of the issues plaguing our politics.”

Kirk mentioned that he looked forward to watching the episode when it aired. Just after the parody went live, he shared a video on X, captioned “Not Bad, Cartman,” accompanied by laughing emojis.
He even updated his profile pictures across his social media channels to reflect a cartoon version of himself, which are still visible today.
