Left-wing comedian and former TV host Chelsea Handler came under fire on social media after she posted a video in which she called Kansas City Chiefs player Harrison Butker a “misogynist” for upholding traditional Christian values.
Of course, Mr. Butker infuriated the far-left when he boldly urged graduates of Benedictine University, a private Catholic school, to stay true to traditional Christian values on May 11. He urged men not to be afraid of their masculinity and women not to abandon marriage and family life in pursuit of a career.
Handler took to social media a week after Butker’s speech to slam him, calling his comments stupid, hateful, homophobic and misogynistic.
In her post, Handler commented on a clip of Butker’s speech, in which Butker said his wife would say family is more important than career, before slamming the player, saying, “First of all, Harrison, you’re a kicker so there’s only one part of your body that matters and it’s not your freaking brain.”
“Isabelle, blink twice if you need to call for help,” she added, calling Butker’s wife by her name.
But Handler’s profane attack sparked a lot of backlash.

Many condemned Handler’s scathing attack on a man who spoke about Catholic values in front of a Catholic crowd and a Catholic university.
He spoke to Catholics in Catholic venues about Catholic principles.
He also wished success to those who aspire to pursue excellence in their fields.

As an educated woman with a highly successful career in a male-dominated field, becoming a mother has been my most significant and rewarding achievement.
