The Girls Discuss Health Tips, OnlyFans, and Prince Harry Featuring Cheryl Hines & Brett Cooper

In this episode of the Girls, hosts Rachel Campos-Duffy, Harris Faulkner, and Melissa DeRosa chat with Cheryl Hines and Brett Cooper about a variety of topics. They explore RFK Jr.’s particular “visceral fat” diet, which surprisingly involves a lot of sauerkraut, to Melania Trump’s new initiative aimed at women’s health. The ladies delve into what it truly means to prioritize wellness throughout life. Additionally, Brett shares her personal postpartum health experiences, her decision to cut out refined sugar, and her thoughts on why many in Gen Z feel disillusioned with modern dating apps. The conversation also touches on a trending scandal involving a substitute teacher’s OnlyFans account, debates whether politics has a place in religious settings, and discusses Prince Harry’s public efforts to mend ties with the royal family.

In another segment, Cabinet spouses from the Trump administration reveal how they support each other while navigating their lives in Washington. This was shared on the latest episode of the Girls podcast. Cheryl Hines, married to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Rachel Campos-Duffy, spouse of Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, talked about their camaraderie during various events in the administration.

“We actually meet up about once a month and are part of an international club, so most of us are involved,” Campos-Duffy mentioned. “We catch up during these meetings and sometimes have lunches or plan girls’ nights out.”

Hines, recognized for her role in HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” noted the comfort in seeing familiar faces at official gatherings, especially amidst large crowds. “At events with so many people, it’s nice to find a friend. Rachel and I often check in with each other,” she said.

While the spouses typically see each other at events, Campos-Duffy pointed out that meaningful conversations can be challenging due to the crowd, leading them to set aside time for more personal interactions outside formal settings, which, she reflected, is quite wonderful.

The dialogue also brought light-hearted moments regarding living with one of the administration’s key figures advocating for healthy lifestyles. Kennedy has been vocal about his “Make America Healthy Again” movement, emphasizing the need to reduce processed foods in diets.

“Every so often, he’ll catch me with potato chips, and let’s just say, I won’t stop, because, well, I’m not stealing,” Hines laughed, recalling a playful exchange with him. She added, “He definitely keeps health awareness front and center.”

When Harris Faulkner inquired if Kennedy ever indulges his cravings, Hines acknowledged that he struggles to just have a little of something. “When it comes to goodies like cake, he just can’t manage a single bite—he has to have it all,” she chuckled.
