It is unclear what led to the argument and how many people were involved.

“I heard something that sounded like an automatic fire, just like a rapid fire,” retired police officer James Van Scheick told CaptureNews. “I looked out the window. I was in a hotel that was getting in the way, I saw people scattered, and I was at a high angle so I couldn't really see it, but I saw people scattered in both directions and then I heard lots of single shots.”
