Chilling footage taken by one of the victims who was seriously injured in the assassination attempt on President Trump showed a figure running across the roof of AGR International outside the rally, just minutes before gunfire began.
Footage taken by James Copenhaver at 6:08 p.m. on July 13 (minutes before the bullets began flying at 6:11 p.m.) shows a man believed to be the shooter, Thomas Crooks, running across a rooftop outside the rally venue within view of former President Donald Trump, who was onstage.
After running across the rooftop, the person seen in the video Obtained by FOX News It looks like he’s crouched down and starting to get into a rally position.
Trump continues speaking onstage, completely unaware of the impending danger, and the footage cuts before the shooting begins.
Crooks grazed President Trump’s ear and killed 50-year-old Trump supporter Cory Comperatore.
Two more bullets struck Copenhaver, 74, and two more struck nearby rally attendee David Duch, 57. Both men are recovering.
