Chris Brown sued for $50M over alleged backstage assault on four concertgoers

Chris Brown and Live Nation are facing a massive $50 million lawsuit from four concert-goers who claim Brown “brutally and severely beat” them after the performance.

According to the lawsuit filed Monday in Harris County, Texas: Obtained by TMZThe four men – Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Busch and Da’Marcus Powell – allege that Brown, 35, and his associates threw chairs at them and then kicked and stomped them.

The four music fans said they were invited backstage at Brown’s show at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth on Friday as part of his ongoing “11:11” tour.

According to the lawsuit, the men claim that the “Forever” hitmaker “participated in and directed” the violent acts.

Live Nation, the company that promotes Brown’s tours, and his associates Cinco Siege, Hood Boss and Yella Beezy are named as defendants in the suit.

In the lawsuit, Parker, Lewis, Bush and Powell allege that before Brown’s entourage left, they reminded Brown that he had a “feud” with Bush, a concertgoer.

According to the lawsuit, Brown allegedly told him, “Yeah, that’s right. What’s up, ni…a? I didn’t forget anything.”

According to the lawsuit, the “With You” singer, along with seven to 10 others, chased Bush down a hallway and assaulted him and three of his friends.

According to the lawsuit, Parker was cornered on the stairs and punched and kicked for 10 minutes.

“All of the plaintiffs have received medical treatment and will likely require further medical treatment in the future,” the lawsuit alleges.

Meanwhile, Live Nation has been criticized for failing to ensure the safety of audiences at Brown’s concerts.

All four plaintiffs are undergoing treatment, according to the lawsuit. They are seeking a temporary restraining order against the singer and $50 million in damages.
