Chris Kreider, Mika Zibanejad likely played last game together with Rangers

By the end of the night when they were selected as stars of the Rangers game, Chris Cryder and Mika Zibanejad had skated towards the offseason, where they played a total of 7,231:31 since becoming teammates in the summer of 2017.

The BFF, who has formed most of the club’s bedrock for more than six months, will not win the 7,232nd minute together, at least while wearing the Blues Heart.

Of course, the prediction is that Kreider will be traded this summer 13 years after debuting as a 19-year-old in the 2012 playoffs. The disconnect between the franchise’s all-time high third target scorer and the franchise itself has jumped out of the page throughout much of this infected season

This was a winter of dissatisfaction. Spring wasn’t much different. A 4-0 victory over lightning in the garden at Thursday’s season finale will, of course, begin the clock with a key decision that begins with Peter La Violet holding his head coaching position.
