Kriselle Stause has threatened to quit “Selling Sunset” after show producers allowed co-star Nicole Young to spread false rumors about the upcoming season of the Netflix series.
In a post on her Instagram Story, the TV personality alerted her followers to what Young will say about co-star Emma Hernan when season eight premieres on September 6.
“I want someone to take my phone away,” Stause, 43, wrote recently, along with a series of angry-face emojis. Screenshot from the post Post to X By Queens of Bravo.
“Are we really still giving airtime to liars who just want airtime?” she added.
“I will never be on any show she is on again. I would rather be sued,” Stause continued in another slide.
“Disclaimer when watching: Please know that the nasty lies she is spewing about her best friend are completely false and extremely hurtful. It's just not true.”
A representative for Oppenheim Group then slammed show creator Adam DiVello's company, Dan & Dan Productions, writing: “It's disgusting that you would put this on display for the world without at least giving her a chance to defend herself with the truth.”
Stause's co-star Chelsea Lazcani also spoke about the drama on her Instagram Story over the weekend. From Queens of Bravo.
“Good morning everyone. [Nicole Young]” she wrote.[Nicole] You are the most wicked person I have ever met.”
Razcani, 31, continued: “All the rumors about you are true, so you want to spread rumors about Emma. Now, let's see how this plays out for you.”
The real estate agent slammed the show's makers and questioned its “moral foundation and integrity.”
Lazcani also implicated co-stars Bre Tiesi and Mary Bonnet in slandering Young, writing, “You lied, you appeased, you stole, while some of you are getting sued because of your own 🗑️.”
“Spreading lies for ratings is very harmful. I have kept quiet until now, but this is not okay.”
Raspberry crab I joined her in her support. Nicole slammed Hernan in an Instagram post on Sunday with the caption, “Protecting her at all costs 💗 #NicoleIsTRASH.”
“I love you ❤️ My sister for life, I'm so grateful 🥹🫶🏼,” Hernan, 32, commented.
According to the Daily MailIn the new episode, which agents recently had a chance to watch, Young alleged that Hernan had been having an affair with a married man.
Amid backlash from her co-stars, the outlet reported that Young doubled down on her position, posting on her Instagram Story, “As a married woman, I strongly and confidently support the sanctity of all marriages.”
She added, “Instead of attacking me or accusing me of lying, I think you all need to ask your best friend some tough questions. … Nevertheless, I have stated this information as a rumor.”
A representative for DiVello's production company did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment.
Tensions have been rising between Young and her co-stars after Young, 38, called Hernan a “socialite slob” and alleged that Stause used her past relationship with her boss, Jason Oppenheim, to get properties.
Stause also accused Young of using drugs during a group trip to Palm Springs, California, last year.
Young has denied the allegations, but a source told Page Six that he has received death threats and been called a “methamphetamine addict.”
