Christina Applegate hospitalized ’30 times’ over MS symptoms

“In the three years since I was diagnosed, I've been in the hospital over 30 times because of diarrhea and pain,” the 53-year-old actress said. “I can't imagine it, OK? They did all the tests known to those above me and put so much radiation into my body from the CT scans to everything else.”

“One of the things we use MS is that it slows our organs. It's not entirely true, but it slows down organs,” she continued. “I realized that – and I'll be really honest – if I have to poop, I'll spit out.”

“My Neuro isn't – God bless her – I say it's not about MS,” Applegate added. “So, sorry, here's the correlation. I'm not a doctor. I don't give medical advice. Just think about it, think about it.

“There's always a small trash can next to the toilet, because you can do both without getting messy,” Applegate joked. “I had it yesterday.”

An Applegate representative did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Applegate revealed its diagnosis with X in 2021.

“Hello. A few months ago I was diagnosed with MS,” she wrote.

“It was a strange journey, but I've been very supportive of people who know someone who is in this state,” Applegate continued. “It was a tough road, but as we all know, the road continues.

“I'm suffering from depression now, and I don't think I've felt that for years,” Applegate said. “As true, f–all depression is a bit scared because it feels really fatal. I'm not trapped in this darkness now… I don't know how long, maybe 20 years, maybe even how long.”

“This is really honest… I don't enjoy life. I don't enjoy it. I don't enjoy things anymore,” she added.
