Christina Hall has revealed that one month after splitting from husband Josh Hall, she hired a life coach and is feeling better than ever.
“One month later…I’m finally getting my appetite back,” the TV personality wrote on her Instagram Story on Friday. Per person.
“I’m working out again, my kids are happy, the house feels like home, my poor kids adore me…Anyone who really knows us knows this and that’s what matters.”
“I have a life coach and I made a promise to her and to myself that I would never let go of my peace,” she continued.
“I’ll say this: If you’ve ever lost your peace and have been able to get it back, you’ll have a new level of gratitude for every moment of your life. You’ll have a much higher level of gratitude for the present moment and being here right now.”
Christina, 41, said she has “been laughing a lot more” in recent weeks and that “work is going well and it feels like a dream.”
The mother of three explained that she tries to maintain a “positive mindset” and trusts that “the rest will work itself out, as it always does.”
Christina has daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8, with her first husband Tarek El Moussa, and son Hudson, 4, with her second husband Ant Anstead.
The “Christina on the Coast” star has been open about her split with Josh, 43, since he filed for divorce on July 15.
In recent weeks, she has taken to social media to share details of a “long-awaited girls trip” and publicly slammed her estranged husband as an “unstable man.”
The HGTV star also claims that Josh stole $35,000 of her money and deposited it in his own bank account.
While Josh has avoided addressing the allegations against him, a source close to him denied claims that Christina offered him “millions of dollars” in the divorce proceedings.
“She didn’t offer him millions of dollars,” an insider previously told Us, adding that the two “haven’t even started negotiating.”
“If Christina is really offering him millions of dollars, she can put it in writing through her lawyers,” the source continued.
Josh and Christina married in secret in October 2021 and a year later had a lavish wedding in Hawaii in front of friends and family.
