In a perfect storm of Democratic nonsense, White House Secretary of State Flack Karine Jean-Pierre spouts factual information about Federal Emergency Management Agency spending and foreign aid that her own employer has published as “misinformation.” After that, he loudly stomped his foot.
America needs to prove further that the labels of misinformation and disinformation have nothing to do with the truth of what is said, only whether it is helpful or harmful to the left's political project. Or?
FOX News' Peter Doocy asked Jean-Pierre (Joe Biden's newest “senior adviser”) a simple question: Why is the Biden administration preparing nearly $157 million in aid to Lebanon? Should we work with Congress to seek additional funding to allow FEMA to deal with the damage from Hurricane Helen?
Remember, these are numbers and statements coming from the administration itself.
This is not a speculation about X or a claim from an anonymous source on Facebook.
However, Jean-Pierre objected: “We've provided more than $200 million to affected communities, but in return people want disinformation, disinformation, and that's dangerous.” . The entire premise of your question is incorrect information, sir. ”
Not even close.
This is a reporter asking a completely legitimate question based on publicly available facts and figures, which also come directly from the same administration that KJP serves.
When Karine Jean-Pierre whines about misinformation, what she means clearly is: This information makes the Democratic Party look badso it's somehow wrong.
Yes, it is despicable to pull this stunt while Americans are literally dying.
But we can appreciate this brutal honesty, albeit in a perverse way.
Since the disinformation industrial complex was in full swing, the apparatus of censorship and repression has focused almost exclusively on facts unfavorable to Democrats and opinions with which they disagree.
Like the fact that Hunter Biden's laptop is 100% real.
Alternatively, there is an opinion, currently shared by the U.S. government, that the coronavirus likely leaked from a laboratory.
But officials in charge of controlling speech suppression devices rarely openly acknowledge their purpose.
I'm sure KJP made a mistake when she pulled back the curtain, but I'm still glad she did it.
Americans need to know who is trying to deceive them in the name of “protecting” them, and why.
