Clinton's hot tub photo from his trip to Asia with Epstein and Maxwell

Recent revelations highlight a controversial photo of Bill Clinton lounging in a bathtub with an unidentified woman during his 2002 trip to Asia, which included connections with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, as reported by various sources.

While testifying before the House Oversight Committee, Clinton faced scrutiny regarding the photo but maintained he did “nothing wrong” and stated he had not engaged in any sexual activity with the woman depicted, whose face was altered in the image released as part of the Justice Department’s archives on sex offenders.

This particular image, showing someone being lowered into boiling water, was captured at the opulent Emperor Suite of the Empire Hotel in Brunei—a lavish accommodation priced at $20,000 per night and featuring amenities like a private elevator, pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and theater, according to analysis.

Having left office just a year earlier, Clinton’s visit to Brunei was described as a work-related trip for the Clinton Foundation, which he established post-presidency.

Clinton’s journey to Brunei in May 2002 occurred aboard Epstein’s private jet, the Lolita Express, as indicated by court-released flight records.

The records reveal that the flight, which included Epstein, Maxwell, and colleague Sarah Kellen, collected Clinton from a U.S. Naval Air Station in Japan on May 22, 2002. Accompanying them were Clinton’s chief of staff Doug Band, a man named Mike, and two women referred to only as “Janice” and “Jessica.”

This group spent one night in Hong Kong and two nights in Shenzhen, China, before arriving in Brunei’s capital, Bandar Seri Begawan, on May 25.

During his time there, Clinton engaged in golf and had dinner with King Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, who faces allegations of hosting parties involving underage girls. Interestingly, Bolkiah has donated between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Presidential Library through the foundation.

On the night Clinton was enjoying the Jacuzzi, he was also seen in the pool with Maxwell and the mysterious woman while a golf match aired on a large screen nearby. Meanwhile, Epstein was spotted at a piano in sweatpants.

The full set of photographs linked to this incident is included in the Justice Department’s document release, showing that the hot tub and pool are part of the same area. In his recent testimony, Clinton claimed he did not recognize the woman in the photo, despite continued assertions of innocence regarding any wrongdoing.
