CNN White House correspondent deletes post promoting Luigi Mangione’s defense fund after backlash

CNN Chief White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins appears to have deleted the social media post after receiving backlash after coming to promote the defense fund of Luigi Mangione, a suspected UnitedHealthcare CEO Killer.

In X's post, Collins provided a link to a new website launched by Mangion's defense attorney. Wmal host Larry O'Connor commented on the situation, saying Collins “uses a considerable platform to promote the link of the cold-blooded killer defense fund.”

“She hasn't apologized yet and hasn't posted anything else within 24 hours,” he added.
