One of the latest fashion statements among men is painting their nails.
USC's Caleb Williams drew attention for doing the same thing several times in 2022, including writing the letters “F— UTAH” in the Pac-12 title game against the Utes.
The fad caught the attention of former NFL wide receiver Cole Beasley, who wasn't amused.

“What's up with all the people painting their nails these days?” Beasley wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “That's not true…”
Beasley was slammed in numerous replies, including one from a former Buffalo Bills teammate.
“It's the color of the nails,” Kenny Britt wrote.
Britt added, “It's like someone asking why everyone gets tattoos. It's self-expression.”
Beasley disagreed, saying tattoos have a much deeper meaning than finger paint.
“I don't think so. Tattoos tell a story based on the image you get.” Beasley answered. “I don't have an image of painted nails. What on earth does it represent? Because I can only think of one thing. LOL.”

super bowl champion Chris Harris told X“Beasley didn't say anything wrong, man up lol”.
Beasley has defended his position multiple times on social media in recent days, having been labeled a homophobe and a “conspiracy-believing weirdo.”
“Some people are saying I'm out of step with the times. You all want me to change… With all due respect, no. Please hit the block button or unfollow me. Please. It’s easy.” he wrote.
But he eventually put it to rest.
“I'm going to stop talking about fashion, it wasn't supposed to be this serious. I'm not fashionable at all. I never thought my opinion would hurt you so much. Too bad…next”,” he Posted on Friday morning.
