Comedian Andrew Schultz Critiques Kamala Harris’ Campaign
Comedian Andrew Schultz has called out Vice President Kamala Harris for what he claims are lies related to their attempted podcast interview. He expressed his frustration, saying, “It’s wild that I reached out, and they are blatantly lying. Charlamagne, who works with them, got involved; we all reached out, yet they are just not telling the truth.”
In a recent report, Schultz made serious allegations against the Harris campaign, accusing them of not making any effort to connect with his team. He described the situation as disappointing and suggested that the team’s handling of outreach was, well, less than ideal. There’s this feeling, like, “What am we supposed to think?” He conveyed that after they followed up and got no response, reports surfaced saying he claimed to have reached out when, in fact, nothing happened.
Additionally, podcast host Joe Rogan had also voiced his concerns over Harris’ team, pointing out inconsistencies in the narrative regarding their planned interview. Rogan recounted his experience trying to line up two interviews to drop simultaneously, expressing that the whole experience was mishandled.
In his remarks, Rogan stated, “People think we deceived her for Trump’s sake, which isn’t the case. Booking Trump was straightforward, while the Harris team was much more complicated.” He noted that although there were claims of prior arrangements for her to be on the show, those were untrue. He emphasized the lack of commitment from the Harris campaign, highlighting that they never confirmed any plans despite suggesting they had events in Texas that would coincide with a potential appearance.
Rogan further explained, “I was eager to share both interviews on the same day. I even considered scheduling her afterward, but there was no solid agreement. This notion that I’ve been misleading is frustrating.” He finished by suggesting there were concerns within her staff about participating, as they feared it might not play well with certain audiences.
