The move comes as House Republicans prepare for a full House vote to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress for failing to subpoena him for a private deposition.

However, a person familiar with the discussions told Fox News Digital that if Hunter Biden and his lawyers truly cooperate and arrange a supplementary deposition date, Comer may recommend that the contempt vote be canceled. He said there is.
