Judge James Robert Redford issued the ruling days after West and his running mate, activist Melina Abdullah, were removed from the ballot earlier this month due to technical issues.

Despite the victory, West’s campaign faces similar challenges in states across the U.S. A Pennsylvania judge ruled on Friday that our campaign is not eligible to appear on the ballot in that state.
