Meanwhile, Texas lawmakers are pursuing federal reimbursements for expenses related to border management during Biden’s tenure.

In his letter, Cornyn expressed concerns that Biden’s advisers, including O’Connor, may have misled the public by withholding critical information about his mental and physical health.
