Ella Langley on her sophomore album ‘Dandelion’

Ella Langley recently talked about releasing a number of singles and the anticipation building around her upcoming sophomore album. This discussion took place during coverage related to the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, which were held on March 26, 2026, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

The Castellows continue to tease new music.

The Castellows, a well-known neo-traditional country trio made up of sisters Ellie, Lily, and Powell Balkcom, are keeping fans excited as they hint at new music. They may not yet rival the popularity of someone like Ella Langley—who really does these days?—but their career has certainly been fruitful.

All indications suggest something significant is on the horizon.

I mentioned last week that The Castellows went viral by teasing new music while in the studio. At this point, I think it’s fair to say there’s no question they’re creating something fresh.

Their official Instagram recently shared a clip of Lily performing an unreleased song with the caption, “Heartbreak songs incoming…” so, I guess that puts to rest any doubts about new music. Check out the post and share your thoughts at the provided email.

The Castellows burst onto the music scene in 2024, and honestly, they’ve only continued to grow in recognition each year. By 2026, they have undeniably established themselves as a significant presence within the genre, and whatever new releases are in the works could very well elevate their status even more.

This is promising for the country music landscape, which is experiencing a kind of revival right now. Quality music can only contribute positively to this movement.
