Musician Chris Young was arrested at a popular Nashville bar on Monday night, Fox News Digital confirmed.
The “I'm Comin' Over” singer was arrested by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) and charged with three counts of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer.
Young, 38, is scheduled to appear in court on the charges on February 16.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by Fox News Digital, Alcoholic Beverage Commission officials entered the tin-roofed bar around 8:30 p.m. Monday to complete a compliance inspection.
An agent approached Young as he held his ID card over his head. After checking the age requirements on the ID, the agent returned the card to the country music singer, who began questioning the group of agents.

The documents say Young recorded ABC agents while asking questions.
After completing the check, the agent moved to another bar to continue the compliance check. Young and a group of people followed the agent to a neighboring bar, the Dawg House.
Agents alleged that as Mr. Young tried to leave the store, he put his arm out to block the exit and struck him. ABC representatives pushed the musicians back to distance themselves and said other bar patrons were also involved.
According to the ABC affidavit, Mr. Young had to be physically restrained in handcuffs as his co-workers continued to be hostile to the situation. “Mr. Young's eyes were bloodshot and watery and his speech was slurred.”
