Nashville is well-known for its vibrant country music scene and mouthwatering cuisine. It turns out that many prominent artists have cleverly blended these two passions.

Numerous country musicians have opened restaurants that feature delicious Southern dishes complemented by live music. This not only creates wonderful spaces for fans but also generates consistent revenue apart from concert tours and music royalties.

Interestingly, while many of these restaurants originated in Music City, they now span across different regions, including the West and Southwest.

Here’s a look at some country stars who have successfully turned their love for food and music into thriving restaurant businesses. We reached out to all venues mentioned below for their comments.

1. Luke Bryan, Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink

Located at 301 Broadway in downtown Nashville, Luke Bryan’s Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink combines great food with a lively atmosphere.

In an interview with a South Carolina radio station back in 2018, Bryan shared that the restaurant’s name pays homage to a bridge in his hometown of Leesburg, Georgia, calling it a “special place for me.”

“We wanted people to have a dining experience, a nightclub experience, or just a honky-tonk experience,” he noted.

The menu features both traditional dining options and rooftop delights, including burgers and beer can chicken.

2. Blake Shelton, Ole Red

The well-known singer and former “The Voice” coach co-owns Ole Red, which has multiple locations in Tennessee, Las Vegas, Oklahoma, and Orlando.

Each Ole Red location serves up regional dishes along with live performances, creating a unique concert-style atmosphere.

Reflecting on his extensive time in Las Vegas, Shelton mentioned in 2023 that he felt there was a gap in country music venues: “There aren’t enough country music venues,” he stressed.

3. Jason Aldean, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar

Just a short distance from Bryan’s establishment is Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, marketed as “the ultimate destination for great food, live music, and unforgettable experiences.”

This venue showcases Southern favorites alongside handcrafted cocktails and views from the rooftop.

Aldean expressed the importance of providing a platform for artists to perform, stating, “It’s cool for the artists who can book here and the out-of-town artists,” after the Las Vegas location opened in 2024.

4. Kid Rock, Detroit Cowboy

Co-owned by Kid Rock, The Detroit Cowboy specializes in seafood and steak, featuring a menu rich in raw bar options and steak tartare.

The location in Nashville opened recently and aims to be a relaxed spot where diners can enjoy tasty food and feel at home.

5. Miranda Lambert, Casa Rosa

In 2021, Texas native Miranda Lambert launched her Tex-Mex restaurant, Casa Rosa, which prides itself on offering “a little taste of Texas in Tennessee” along with Southern favorites like Nashville hot chicken.

Patrons can enjoy live music, and the restaurant is conveniently situated near other tourist hot spots along Broadway.

6. Dierks Bentley, Whiskey Row

Dierks Bentley established Whiskey Row, with locations in Arizona, Denver, and Tennessee. Launched in 2013 in Scottsdale, this restaurant chain serves Southern comfort food with a twist.

When Bentley opened in Nashville in 2018, he highlighted the significance of Broadway in his life: “Broadway was my second home,” he said.

Special Mention: I Love This Bar & Grill by Toby Keith

According to various sources, while Toby Keith does not directly own Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, his name is licensed to the brand. Sadly, he passed away in 2024 after a battle with stomach cancer.

The restaurant is known for serving comforting dishes such as ribeye steak and has two locations in Oklahoma.
