The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has ruled in favor of signature verification for mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.

“The Pennsylvania Legislature has determined that mail-in voters must date their return on the return envelope of their ballot for their vote to count,” the ruling said.
