Court Rules in Favor of Signature Verification for Mail-In Voting

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has ruled in favor of signature verification for mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.

In a 2-1 ruling by three Democratic-appointed judges, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit invalidates a 2022 Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that required a “dated signature requirement” for mailings. It overturned an earlier federal district court decision that vote.every R.N.C.:
