Critics ridiculed Sen. Tim Scott's “show of support” at former President Trump's rally on Saturday, calling him “embarrassing.”

“We need a president who understands that the American people are tired of being fed up,” Scott said, to which the crowd responded, “Donald Trump.”

CNN reporter Omar Jimenez posted on social media: “Sen. Tim Scott supports Donald Trump and yes, this comment was a choice.” Jimenez appeared on “CNN This Morning” on Saturday and said the Trump campaign wanted to tout its support for Scott.
