CrowdStrike is WEF partner, Vanguard is biggest shareholder

CrowdStrike’s massive missteps, which caused global outages, have once again brought the company into the spotlight of Americans, who recall its work with the World Economic Forum, Vanguard and the Democratic Party.

On July 19, 2024, CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz said that “a flaw found in a single content update for Windows hosts” had caused significant disruption to Microsoft’s operations.

As a result, more than 18,000 flights were grounded worldwide, including 1,200 within the United States.

Plus, the bankruptcy has thrust the company back into the spotlight for another negative reason: It has been synonymous with the political world for the better part of the past decade.

“Why didn’t they allow the FBI to investigate the server? There’s a lot that nobody’s written about.”

Many will remember that during the 2016 election campaign, cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike made headlines when it was tapped to investigate the alleged hacking of the Democratic National Committee’s servers. The timeline of the company’s collaboration with government agencies remains as problematic today as it was then.

According to CrowdStrike’s own timeline, “Russian intelligence gained access to the DNC network in early July 2015.”

July 13, 2015, CrowdStrike Announced $100 million investment led by Google Capital.

In September 2015, the FBI reportedly contacted the DNC to inform Democrats about the hack.

A few months later, in 2016, CrowdStrike said it had been hired by the Democratic Party to investigate the alleged hacking that released John Podesta’s emails and exposed Hillary Clinton’s email server, at which point the company had already been employing former FBI officials for some time.

Crowdstrike too Announced On April 18, 2024, the company announced that it had hired Stephen Chavinsky, a former deputy director of the FBI’s cyber division, as chief counsel and chief risk officer.

CrowdStrike said it was contacted by the Democratic National Committee to gather information and analyze the breach on April 30, 2016. The company added that the DNC had been alerted to the hack by the FBI, but CrowdStrike was hired because the FBI “does not conduct incident response or network remediation services at a time when organizations need to resume operations.”

On June 14, 2016, CrowdStrike concluded that Russia was “behind the DNC hack” and that its allegations were “supported by U.S. intelligence and independent congressional reports.”

Of course, this led to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s “Russia, Russia, Russia” investigation into Donald Trump.

President Trump was asked about CrowdStrike in April 2017 in the context of the Podesta email leak, with the implication that Ukraine might have information that exonerates Russia of any wrongdoing in the hack.

“They should not have leaked this information. If they had the proper safeguards on their internet devices, they would not have even allowed the FBI to get involved,” Trump said, questioning why the FBI did not investigate the hack itself.

“Look at this: They got hacked, the FBI came in to investigate, and they wouldn’t let the FBI see the servers. But you know what nobody’s saying? Why wouldn’t Podesta and Hillary Clinton let the FBI see the servers? I’m told they brought in another company based in Ukraine.”

“CrowdStrike?” Associated Press the reporter asked.

“That’s what I heard. I heard it’s owned by a very wealthy Ukrainian. But they hired another company to look at the server. Why didn’t they allow the FBI to look at the server? There’s so much that nobody’s writing about. I can’t believe it.”

Then-President Trump mentioned the company in a call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that led to his impeachment.

“Look at what happened in this situation with Ukraine. They say it was Crowdstrike … one of your rich guys has the server. … They say the server is owned by Ukraine,” Trump told CNN.[William Barr will call] You, your people and I expect you to get to the truth,” Trump added.

“I wish I could say I was surprised, but I’m not.”

Let’s not forget, CrowdStrike has been involved with the World Economic Forum for many years.

Americans also believe that the investment giant Vanguard Largest Shareholder Vanguard and Vanguard Index Fund together own 12.41% of CrowdStrike stock. BlackRock also owns less than 1%.

“I wish I could say I’m surprised, but I’m not,” Return’s Peter Gietl said of Vanguard’s ownership. “Unfortunately, BlackRock and Vanguard have acquired large stakes in many of the most important companies in the world. It is becoming increasingly clear that ‘free markets’ are an illusion at the macro level, and that a select few Deep State-approved companies control most industries,” Gietl continued.

“What’s particularly concerning about this outage is that CrowdStrike gained access to the kernels of most systems around the world. This is extremely dangerous and could lead to a hacker or accident crashing systems around the world. It doesn’t matter that WEF partners have that level of system access,” he added.

Nancy Pelosi also owns a large stake in CrowdStrike. Purchased Holds between $500,000 and $1 million worth of stock in 2020.

A page called “Nancy Pelosi Stock Tracker,” which monitors Nancy Pelosi’s extremely lucrative trades, claimed she had “millions of dollars in CrowdStrike.”
