D4VD’s Manager Addresses Rumors Surrounding Teen’s Death

The manager of D4VD has vocally dismissed speculation about his knowledge of a tragic incident involving the 14-year-old runaway, whose body was found in the trunk of the singer’s abandoned Tesla.

Josh Marshall, founder of Mogul Vision, took to TikTok to respond to a video that implies he has an unsettling connection to the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was discovered over three weeks ago.

“This video is false, and the person is misunderstood,” he stated, clearly frustrated. “This is the only time I’m addressing this issue for now.”

In his TikTok post, he added, “It’s audacious to say something like this without any facts.”

Marshall also refuted claims that he was staying with D4VD in a Hollywood rental close to the site where the body was located.

“This has been really tough for my family, as I’m a father of three. I didn’t receive any emails about this. I’m not living with anyone; I’m at home full-time with my wife and kids. My own daughter is 14, so this news has affected many lives.”

“I’ve never received any email or communication about this. I knew nothing at all. Plus, I don’t even live in California,” he continued. “I spend almost all my time working, and my role isn’t just about me; it involves many others who engage with him daily, so I don’t interact much with D4VD.”

His remarks come in the wake of private investigators indicating that an email from 2024 has resurfaced, according to reports.

While Marshall did not reply, there were suggestions that he might have alerted authorities about D4VD and Rivas.

Marshall, who rented a mansion in Hollywood Hills where D4VD resided, stated that there’s no vehicle registered in his name in California, addressing rumors about a car being in the garage.

“When discussing matters like these, one should rely on facts that are evidence-based,” he emphasized.

Celeste’s body was uncovered in the trunk of D4VD’s Tesla just a day after his 15th birthday, and she had been deceased for several weeks, having been only 14 years old at the time of her passing.

As of now, a medical examiner in Los Angeles County has not confirmed the cause or circumstances surrounding her death.

D4VD, whose full name is David Anthony Burke, has not been named a suspect in this case. The New York-born singer’s team confirmed that he is cooperating with the investigation.
