The woman who was allegedly slapped is a successful New York lawyer and has been identified only by her pseudonym, “Jane,” the Daily Mail reported.

The incident allegedly happened in 2012 as Emhoff and Jane were waiting in line at the Cannes Film Festival in Nice, France.
