Dak Prescott did not confirm media reports about his “destroyed” mansion.
The longtime Cowboys quarterback had his mansion stripped down to the studs earlier this week. TMZ reportedbut that was by design.
Starslinger strives for a modern home that better aligns with his vision and needs.
According to the newspaper, popular YouTube channel Dude Perfect helped destroy the large house.
But Prescott seemed visibly frustrated by the situation at his home. This is reported to be worth $3 million — It became a hot topic in the media.
“I thought you were talking about football,” Prescott said Thursday when asked about it.
He later stated that the house he destroyed was not the one he built, which may indicate another reason for his decision.
He continued: “Frankly, the way it's being reported is strange. I'm trying to keep my private life private, building a house and a place and owning a piece of land where I'm trying to raise my daughter and family. I don't really appreciate the drones and the extra videos and the conversations about it. I'm very fortunate to be able to build what I want at this point.”
Prescott then took additional questions from Cowboys beat reporter Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
“It's a different landscape than the last time you played for the Lions…” he began, to which Prescott looked annoyed, then smiled and laughed.

Prescott approached Harris from the camera as if giving him a pound and said with a smile, “I'm telling you… you're testing me.”
Prescott and the Cowboys, who defeated the Steelers in Pittsburgh on Sunday night, will face the Lions this Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.
