Police are reportedly investigating claims that Dak Prescott sexually assaulted a woman outside a strip club in 2017.
Mr. Prescott filed a lawsuit Monday against the woman who accused him of sexual assault, alleging that he was asked to pay money in exchange for keeping quiet about the accusation.
A woman filed a complaint Wednesday alleging the Dallas Cowboys quarterback assaulted her in the back seat of an SUV in a strip club parking lot.

Prescott said in his lawsuit that the female accuser’s attorney sent him a letter in January demanding $100 million in exchange for keeping quiet about the accusations. fox 4 The report cited court documents. The woman alleged that Prescott sexually assaulted her in 2017 after her first season in Dallas.
The 30-year-old quarterback countersued the woman for $1 million, but his attorney dismissed the claim.
“As a new father of a baby girl, Mr. Prescott has great empathy for victims of sexual assault,” Levi McCathern, Mr. Prescott’s attorney, said in a statement via ESPN. “He fervently believes that all perpetrators of such crimes should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

“To be clear, Mr. Prescott has never engaged in non-consensual sexual activity with anyone. Lies are hurtful, especially malicious lies. They are attempting to extort millions of dollars from Mr. Prescott. We will not allow the defendant and her legal team to profit from this attempt.” ”
Prescott had just finished his rookie season with the Cowboys at the time of the assault allegations. The woman’s attorney said Mr. Prescott admitted to being with the woman on the night in question.

Prescott, a fourth-round draft pick in 2016, just completed eight seasons with the Cowboys, going 12-5 and winning the NFC East.
