Dan Orlovsky backs Shedeur Sanders as NFL combine drama festers

Dan Orlovsky has a four-word message to critics of Shedeur Sanders: “Tapes don't lie.”

On Wednesday, the former NFL quarterback analyst supported Sanders' playmaking abilities in a continuous chat about the polarisation impressions of Colorado Buffalo products created at Indianapolis' NFL Scouting Combine last week.

Approximately 4 minutes of video Posted on xOrlovsky analyzed Sanders' play in his September victory at Baylor in September. He completed 25 of 41 throws for 341 yards and two touchdowns, highlighting how his protection would disappear quickly.

“There's a lot of conversations coming out of the combine about Chedur and slides and drops,” began Orlovsky, 41. “Now, if you think Chedur won't play, you don't mind. The tape is a very difficult rating, as the clips often look like this.”

The clip focused on Sanders trying to escape the pocket under pressure and achieve magic with the mixing results.

Orlovsky concluded the video: “Don't listen to the noise.”

Sanders, the 23-year-old son of Hall of Fame Deion Sanders, is considered one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft, and along with Miami's Come Ward, is considered lukewarm.

Both traffic lights attended the combine, but Sanders appeared to plague some with his comments about the transformation of the university's programs.

“We went from Jackson to Colorado and changed two programs in a row,” said Sanders, who played for Deion at both stops.

“Don't you think you can come to the NFL franchise and change the program again? It's history, we've done it again. It's always going to repeat itself.”

NFL insider Peter Schrager detailed why the statement “mistaked people wrong.”

“His point at the combine, and that's how he rubbed people wrong, and the way he had bravely, is to change places when he gets there.” Schrager said About the Bill Simmons Podcast.

“So Jackson state obviously didn't have the resources to suddenly become a national name from this HBCU. And he went to Colorado and we had a week of “big noon kickoff” and “Gameday” from Fox in its second week, fighting for Boulder's real estate. That happens. ”
