Danica Patrick Opens Up About Her Personal Life
Danica Patrick recently shared insights into her personal life during a conversation with Haley Dillon, the wife of NASCAR driver Ty Dillon, on the “Believe in Good” podcast. In a candid moment, the 43-year-old Patrick confirmed her single status after being asked about her relationship status.
“Are you single now?” Haley asked. Patrick responded, “Yeah.”
As the discussion progressed, Haley expressed amusement, saying she was curious about potential romantic interests by suggesting she might slip into DMs to see who else might be reaching out.
Patrick has been transparent about her past relationships, including a two-year involvement with Aaron Rodgers, who is now the quarterback for the New Steelers and 41 years old. Reflecting on their breakup, Patrick remarked that her relationship with Rodgers was marked by emotional challenges. On “The Sage Steele Show” in May, she described it as “emotionally abusive,” which had taken a toll on her well-being.
“It felt like my life. When you live with someone, it encompasses your whole existence… And the nature of our relationship was wearing me down,” she shared.
Despite the difficulties, Patrick spoke of finding strength through her experiences. “It gave me the greatest gift, which is myself. I learned how important it is to show up for myself and take care of myself,” she said.
In 2021, Patrick began dating businessman Carter Comstock but confirmed their split a year later.
After her remarks, a representative for Rodgers did not provide any comments regarding the situation. Meanwhile, Rodgers is focusing on fresh starts, both personally and professionally. Recently, he signed a one-year, $13.65 million contract with the Steelers after an extended free agency period.
He celebrated the signing with a photo showing a band on his left ring finger, leading to speculation about possible marriage. Rodgers confirmed his relationship with a woman named Brittany in December 2024.
Previously engaged to actress Shailene Woodley, Rodgers’s engagement ended in 2022. After a challenging two years with the Jets, he completed all 17 games last season, rebounding from an Achilles injury that sidelined him for much of 2023. This upcoming season, he faces the Jets in Week One.
