The Eagles are not on putt after their Super Bowl 2025 victory.
Philadelphia is releasing veteran cornerback Darius' Slei, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Monday. With the first important move of the offseason reality champion.
The sixth Pro Bowl defensive back had a year left on his contract.

Returning to the Eagles allowed Slay to pivot to homecoming with the Lions, possibly off the table.
“I love Detroit. I love Detroit. It's my second home. I've done a lot for the city to this day.” Slay told Amon Ra and Iraq St. Brown. On the St. Brown Podcast earlier this month.
“It's true that the two spots I always want are Philadelphia or Detroit.”
The Lions will be one of the top challengers trying to abdicate the Eagles next season.
Detroit went 15-2 before putting 45-31 on the commander in the divisional round for a defense destroyed by injuries.
Despite coming to the end of his playing career, Slay still has a solid season in Philadelphia and should have a meaningful impact on any team if another year is his future.
