Noel Foley Discusses Roller Coaster Injury in Podcast
Noel Foley, the daughter of WWE superstar Mick Foley, recently shared her experience of a severe injury sustained while riding a roller coaster during a podcast.
In the “Rule Breakers” podcast, hosted by former WWE and All-Elite Wrestling star Saraya Jade Bavis, Foley detailed her accident at a Driwood theme park. She described the ride as one that had rapid upward and downward movements, which jolted her neck.
“My head hit hard, and I wasn’t really sure what had happened initially,” Foley recounted, mentioning that she felt her neck being “stretched,” but didn’t fully understand the implications at the time.
Foley has dealt with persistent headaches for over five years since the incident. “It took me about two months to realize I had a concussion. The headache just wouldn’t go away, and I found myself sensitive to light and sound,” she explained. She did reach out to her father for advice, but he admitted he wasn’t much help, having had his own concussion experiences that didn’t last as long.
After some investigation, Foley discovered she has a rare neck condition known as skull instability, which likely contributes to her ongoing headaches. “I’ve really started digging into it, trying to find answers, and I’m beginning to feel a bit better,” she said.
Foley also mentioned a decision she made regarding her breast implants, noting that their removal brought her some relief from headaches.
As the conversation unfolded, she expressed aspirations to pursue a modeling career and discussed working with various brands and tourism committees, particularly focusing on those dealing with sensory issues.
