David Pierce, producer of Los Angeles -Hollywood, was convicted of murder due to the overdose of the model Christie Jiles and her friends.
The judge has been guilty of all accusations, including the rape of seven women who have progressed after being charged with overdose death.
The 42 -year -old Pierce invited his 24 -year -old Jiles and her friend Hilda Marcela Cablal Alzola (26 years old) to his apartment in November 2021, hit them in cocaine covered with Fentanyl. He was charged with murder by dragging. Prosecutors argued that they had refused to seek help after becoming unconscious.
Pierce was also charged with Count Rape against seven victims who went forward after the arrest.
LA prosecutor Katherine An Mariano promises to help 12 JUs, Pierce invites women into their home, pretending to be Hollywood's big shots, and helping them to enter into entertainment businesses. He said that it was a continuous rape criminal inviting a woman to his home.
Pierce met Jils and Alzola at a warehouse rave party in Los Angeles in 2021.
According to a court testimony, he and Wingman Michael Ansbach took the girls back to Pierce apartments.
Ansbach testified that Pierce had pushed all three guests to smoke cocaine. He provided wine to women, gave Ansbach a cocktail that tastes a foul, and when he woke up, he felt dizzy, fainted, and became ill.
Anthbach testified that the woman has died, but she has never woke up. When he asked JU to call Pierce to call 911, his colleagues refused to say, “The dead girl will not talk.”
After Anthbach left, Pierce and his roommate, Brant Osbourne, have been prosecuted as accessories, but are said to have pushed women's corpses into the car.
In the poisoning test, Fentanyl and Date Rape GHB were found in the Jile's body. The prosecutor told JU that Fentanyl was deadly and Pierce knew that his cocaine was tightened.
But Pierce argued that he did not know that the two women were at risk until they were too late.
In contrast to his lawyer's advice, Pierce testified that she had put a woman in her guest's bedroom before going to bed in her room. When the woman was unconscious for 12 hours, Pierce claimed that he managed the CPR and drove to the hospital.
However, Mariano urged JU to avoid falling into the Pierce story.
“The defendant is a man who gets off with power and control,” she told JU. “Exercise power and control for vulnerable women.”
Pierce faced 128 in prison without the possibility of parole.
Since his arrest, other women have been in front of them and claimed that Pierce had taken medicine and raped.
In addition to the two murder cases, Pierce was charged with sexual assaulting seven victims in 13 years.
Pierce said Mariano said he met a victim who was not identified in court, or had a victim on a dating app, provided drag drinks, and then forced himself.
