Washington DC, a city council member Treyoung White, is facing a potential exile from the city leader in a continuous corruption trial on charges of bribery.

Despite his accusation and evidence of him, White was re -elected to the city council just three months after his arrest in November. His federal trial will begin in January 2026. He acknowledged acquittal.
