Derek Martz, acting DEA administrator, previously said that Colorado has become “ground zero for some of America’s most violent criminals,” including the leadership of Tren de Aragua. Denver 7 reported.

Colorado’s LAX immigration policy is helping TDA use the state as a “command and control” center for human and drug trafficking, the outlet said it cites Marz.

Many of those detained in Sunday’s attacks are expected to face federal immigration charges, according to Dea Rocky Mountain. Bondi said at least two people were arrested on existing warrants.

“#Dea Partners and @Dhsgov have placed guests (illegally in the US) on the bus for processing and ultimate deportation,” Dea Rocky Mountain said.

Special Dea Rocky Mountain agent Jonathan Pullen has also found around 12 active US service members at the club. Service members were either in the club as patrons or worked as armed security.

“I think everyone who enters the nightclub at 3am knows what they’re in,” Pullen told Denver 7. [Criminal Investigation Division]. They are on the scene with us and they are partners in this investigation. ”

Dea Rocky Mountain confirmed to Fox News that active service members found at the club have been in custody up to now and have not been arrested.

“Colorado Springs is waking up to a safer city this Sunday morning,” Prun said at a news conference at a local outlet.

“When we approach @Potus Trump’s orders in his 100-day office, making America safe again achieves the results!” Bondi said in X.

Colorado Springs Police Chief Adrian Vasquez said the department is not authorized to participate in operations “just to address criminal violations” that affect community safety and to enforce immigration under state law.

“We want to make it clear that it is liable for the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) to investigate criminal activity and arrest it when necessary. This operation is the result of a months-long investigation into serious criminal activity in our community,” Vazquez said. “The investigation is ongoing, but arrests are expected for these criminal violations. The CSPD recognizes that federal partners have also detained multiple people due to suspected immigration violations that are operating.”
