Declassified: Biden’s memoir sparks legal firestorm

If Joe Biden has accomplished anything during his presidency, it’s that he has shown the world that he is not the brightest commander-in-chief.

Initially due to constant gaffes and his poor policy decisions, he now documents and shares confidential information with a ghostwriter for his memoirs.

This triggered a confidential investigation into the potential legal consequences of his actions. The investigation uncovered evidence that Biden knowingly retained and disclosed classified materials, including military and national security information.

However, special counsel Robert Hur’s report concluded that Biden will not be charged with any crime.

“This report is packed with damning indictments against Joe Biden, multiple violations of the Espionage Act, and one black-and-white case after another,” Mark Levin says, perturbed by Herr’s conclusions.

The report asserts that Biden will not be indicted due to his impaired mental health.

“We won’t prosecute him because he’s a fool,” Levin scoffed. “I wish Donald Trump had a prosecutor like that.”

Biden said at a news conference that he had not intentionally kept or disclosed classified material.

“He’s a prolific liar,” Levin said, adding, “Aside from his mental issues, he also has personality issues.”
