Delivery driver runs over ‘very rude’ customer who didn’t tip him, according to police

A turning point was reached.

A hot-headed Domino’s Pizza delivery driver from Missouri has been arrested for allegedly running over a customer who didn’t tip.

Zachary Nicholas Walton, 36, was taken into custody Wednesday night after a routine delivery in Fulton escalated into a violent encounter that was caught on video.

According to police reports, Walton angrily confronted the customer after he was left without a tip and rammed his vehicle into the individual in the driveway.

CCTV footage captured an angry delivery driver assaulting the victim, with a witness commenting on Walton’s rude behavior following the incident.

Walton reportedly confronted them aggressively, asserting, “What are you going to do, dude?” He then returned to his car.

As he prepared to leave, he backed up almost completely down the driveway just as the victim was walking away.

Rather than driving off, Walton shifted gears and accelerated forward, striking the victim, per court documents.

After the incident, Walton fled the scene but was later found at a nearby Domino’s Pizza, where he allegedly attempted to threaten the victim.

Fortunately, the victim did not try to stop Walton as he left.

They sustained various injuries, including hand damage, scrapes on their shins, and persistent pain from the collision.

Previously incarcerated for domestic assault and false imprisonment, Walton ran from the scene, only to be spotted later attempting to intimidate the victim.

Walton now faces multiple charges, including two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident, and armed criminal action.

He is currently being held without bail.
