Delta passenger goes on profane rant about her period

A New York-bound Delta Airlines passenger was filmed using obscenities at a terminal staff member and then yelling at another passenger, “I'm on my period!”

The unidentified woman's screams were captured Monday at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where she was scheduled to board Flight 2097 bound for Rochester. According to the view from the wing.

“You guys are horrible! I want to talk to your manager!'' she yelled to the four employees behind the counter as other passengers looked on in disbelief.

“I want to talk to my boss, you idiot!” she screams. “You guys are terrible and you should be ashamed of yourself for leaving someone in a situation like this!”

The woman then repeatedly demanded that the police be called, yelling obscenities at her.

“Where are the police? Where are they?” she yelled before slamming her bag on the counter.

“I got mad when you said you were going to kick me out of the plane, you idiot!” she shrieked at the woman as her fellow travelers gasped in disbelief.

Things then take a shocking turn when she says she is bleeding and speaks to a young man who was waiting for a flight nearby.

“I'm on my period! Do you know what a uterus is?” she yells at him. “You idiot, you weasel!”

Finally, a police officer is seen speaking to the woman and leading her away, prompting cheers and applause from other passengers.

It's unclear what prompted her outburst, which reportedly caused her flight to be delayed by an hour.

Delta Airlines representative told the Daily Mail The company said it is “investigating this matter, including contacting customers to further understand what happened.”

“Delta Airlines appreciates the professionalism shown by our employees, customers, and law enforcement in addressing this unfortunate display.”

The newspaper has contacted the airline for further comment.
