On Wednesday night, one of several obstructions in the events of this week's Congress, Democrats' City Hall came to a short distance after being confused by protesters who protested Wednesday night.
According to a video filmed at the event, “You are the most soulless crap I've ever seen.” Reported by CNN.
The event saw interruptions from several other individuals. Most of them were protesting issues related to Israel and Gaza.
“What you're saying is, when my people are being slaughtered, I'm not going to go my own way, and I hope you stop funding it,” the Perestinian individual cried out before raiding the stage where lawmakers were standing.
“If you want to run towards the office, run towards the office,” Kasten told attendees.
Another individual approached the stage with a video camera when she cried out to the House of Representatives. “People didn't come here to hear you,” Kasten told attendees. “Please show some respect to the people in this area.”
During the event, Kasten was also faced with pro-Israel participants approaching the stage. Police were eventually called to the scene, and the event was shortened.
“A small group of individuals attended several of the Kasten event with the sole intention of disrupting and closing the event, preventing constituents from participating and engaging in the democratic process,” a Kasten spokesman told Fox News Digital in a statement.
“Rep. Kasten is proud to have successfully held six times more city halls and community meetings so far this year, and will continue to find ways to be productively involved with his constituents,” the spokesman said.
The protest affects members on both sides of the aisle amid intense turmoil at city halls around the country.

Meanwhile, this week, R-Neb. Rep. Mike Flood held an event confused by Heckler, who booed a reference to the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) cost-cutting efforts.
