Rep. Erik Swalwell (D-CA) continues to be the anti-Trump Crusade, robbing him of his 2024 election refusal while appearing on the podcast on the left.
“The enemy is said to have stolen US data. The leak came through Elon Musk's Starlink,” the host said, asking Swalwell to talk about the integrity of the elections in 2026 and 2028 upcoming elections.
Soon, Swalwell was terrified and rattled about Elon Musk, suggesting that there had been cheating on his side in the 2024 election.
“Elon Musk has done nothing for the past five months to make him think that he shouldn't be asked about what he was doing in 2024,” Swalwell said.
“And we gave him too much of the bounty of doubt, you know how he acted with Doge after the election, and how he exposed us to many hackers outside, and whether he was the only frequency, whether it was from Americans and from our records, from Americans, from Americans, from social security records. He went on to explain that they were only a few seats from having the power of a subpoena.

Swalwell's rhetoric, infamous for his relationship with Chinese spies known as “Fangs of Fangs,” is nothing new as Democrats continue to criticize President Donald Trump and his administration.
In particular, Swalwell is one of those who voted against the Lake Rayleigh Reilly Act, claiming that “people will be targeted because they are brown.”
Hill's senior political correspondent, Amy Parnes, one of the co-authors of “The Battle in the Wildest Battle for the White House,” revealed this year that Swalwell is one of the Democrats former President Joe Biden could not recognize.
“Rep. Swalwell, who was watching him, for example. “This was the guy who ran to him in 2020. He's very vocal.”
