The situation erupted after the federal government urged Democrats to comply with the law, leading to chaotic reactions. Now, it seems they’re set on causing destruction in their own city.
Strangely, I’m not too concerned.
I don’t reside there.
The rebellious Democrats opting for destruction instead of adhering to federal regulations aren’t my responsibility. This isn’t a broader American issue; it’s a local city problem being managed by a Democratic leadership. If you’ve voted for Karen Bass and find yourself horrified while your city crumbles… well, it kind of reflects “karma,” doesn’t it?
And while I don’t lose sleep over it, the situation in Los Angeles might be the starting point.
Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) is simply enforcing the laws of the land. When their power feels threatened, California Democrats often resort to violence or blame it on President Trump.
The Democrats have a vested interest in their illegal immigrant population. This notion seems ingrained in their history, tracing back to times of slavery, when cheap labor was prioritized.
This situation is further complicated by their inability to govern effectively. With locals moving away from cities and states at unprecedented rates, Democrats rely on these immigrants to sustain their population levels, ensuring federal funds keep pouring in and avoiding losses in Congressional representation and presidential votes.
La Riots: Blue City navigates Trump’s deportation strategy
Moreover, these individuals might conveniently appear during elections, filling out mail-in ballots and showing up at polling places without proper voter ID checks. I wonder why Jerry Kowalski doesn’t speak English?
And there’s another layer: Democrats frequently alienate average citizens, which fuels extremist factions within their own ranks. These groups undermine fundamental American values, democracy, and individual freedom.
This creates a scenario that’s only amplified under a president like Trump, who is dedicated to upholding the rule of law. We might see a repeat of 2020.
What Trump represents is the fulfillment of his electoral mandate and what the law stipulates. Yet, Democratic leaders like Gov. Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass find themselves protesting deportations, protecting those who threaten safety in their communities.
We can expect similar occurrences in Democratic-led cities nationwide. Trump isn’t backing down; he realizes he has popular support and the law on his side. He understands that he can’t let past events repeat themselves.
Trump anticipated this reaction. He’s surrounded himself with savvy individuals for years, making him several steps ahead of these non-compliant Democrats.
He’s presented these elected Democrats with a choice: let ICE do its job or stand by as their cities fall apart, resisting Trump’s efforts to restore order through the National Guard.
This is a setback for the Democrats. While this rebellious strategy may temporarily help them maintain power in certain urban or state environments where voters make poor choices, it reflects a troubling echo of the societal issues of the 1960s and 1970s.
