WASHINGTON, D.C. — Senate Democrats who spoke with Fox News Digital said they support Elon Musk's reduction in wasteful spending from the federal government.
“Of course there are some wasteful spending, but we don't use x of meat to cut everything,” said Sen. Dn.Y. Sen. Chuck Schumer, who said Fox News Digital would cut the value. I said on Wednesday after asking if there was.

“Doges are handing over the country to billionaires. They're looking to make money for them,” said D-Conn Sen. Chris Murphy. “They are not interested in government efficiency.”
Murphy told Fox that “there is a lot of money to be cut,” but “that's not what Doge is doing.”
“We spent too much money on prescription drugs. Every year we fill the pockets of the pharmaceutical industry. We need to negotiate all the costs of prescription drugs. We have to spend a lot of money on excessive spending. It's wasted,” Murphy said.
