Not only are Democrats continuing to block Trump’s deportation of Kilmer Abrego Garcia, they also ignore the heap of evidence revealing Garcia’s criminal history.
Garcia was suspected of being on the terrorist watch list after being stopped by the Tennessee Highway Patrol in 2022 before being released. He didn’t have documents or driver’s license, but that clearly wasn’t a problem.
In 2021, his wife filed a domestic violence protection order.

“I don’t know how many times it happened, but it probably happens many times,” he jokes, “I’m just hanging out with a lot of people with face tattoos. That’s about me.”
“It can happen that sources go to the government and misname you as an MS-13 member,” he continues. “All we know is that he’s admitted that, so he was here illegally and he was here illegally for a very long time.”
