But Blackburn accused Democrats of obstruction and declared that they had “learned nothing” from the Nov. 5 presidential election.
“You know, it's funny. I remember the Biden cabinet. It took until early March to get everyone over the finish line,” said Fox News host Kevin Corke. “This seems a little dragged out, at least for my tastes. Is that how you feel?”
Blackburn said, “Well, the Democrats are trying to obstruct. And, you know, Kevin, they don't seem to have learned anything from the November election, and they're worried that their voters are going to get in the way of President Donald Trump.'' A Pentagon that doesn't realize it has given it a mandate to bring some transparency, some efficiency to secure our borders and restore trust, to get rid of DEI and to control inflation.”
“And they're working with us to get these candidates across the finish line because that's a good thing for Americans,” she added.
