On Monday’s episode of “Hannity” on Fox News Channel, Senator Katie Britt (R-AL) took aim at a Democrat allegedly linked to an incident at an Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Newark, New Jersey, which occurred last week.
Britt argued that this situation reflects the loyalty of Congressional Democrats.
“Why are they outside the ICE facility claiming they’re on a tour?” host Katie Publich asked. “They were there merely to observe, yet this facility holds some of the worst convicted criminals, including murderers and child pornographers. This list keeps going, but these are individuals who Democrats have supported, again and again, for civil crimes.”
“It’s obvious whose side the Democrats are on,” Britt responded. “They’re allied with child molesters and gang members who prey on the most vulnerable and are here illegally. In contrast, Republicans stand with the American people. I find it puzzling where the Democrats’ passion has been over the past four years, as we saw our border being overwhelmed daily and listened to heartbreaking stories of individuals like Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, and Jocelyn Nungaray. Or, as you’ve seen, their parents from coast to coast.”
She continued, “They have not advocated for Americans, but President Trump has been committed over the last four years. There have been no issues more litigated than our unsecured borders and the failed policies under the Biden administration.”
