Democrats burned $15 million that lost a special election congressional race in Florida, Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley said in a statement.
On Tuesday evening, Trump invited candidates Randy Fein and Jimmy Patronis won their respective races in Florida's 6th and 1st Congressional Districts. Fine, who opposed Democrat Josh Weil, has replaced former Congressman Mike Waltz (R-FL), who is now president of President Donald Trump's national security adviser. Patronis, officially Florida's Chief Financial Officer, defeated Democrat Gay Valimont to take over the seat officially held by former Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL).

The RNC noted that in a statement that Democrats have wasted millions of people with these races, they are only going to lose decisively.
“The American people sent a clear message tonight. They want elected officials to move forward on President Trump's first American agenda, and their votes cannot be purchased by the National Democrats,” Whatley said in a statement.
He revealed that “Democrats dumped more than $15 million on these races in desperate attempts to change the Washington narrative, but the biggest turnout in modern politics: it didn't match President Donald Trump.”
“We are proud of the RNC's efforts in Florida to secure these seats for President Trump, and we are excited to continue our work protecting the vote and increasing the Republican majority in Congress,” added Whatley.

Patronis spoke about getting completely kicked out during the appearance Breitbart News Daily Election day.
“My opponent is over 6-1 on me. There's no other place to spend money on the Democrats,” Patronis revealed.
“My opponent raised $7 million,” he continued. “You can't turn on the TV without seeing her ads. You know, we couldn't keep up with the Garden Sign War, some of these other things. That means they've even bought TVs in the local market just to get a bit of bleeding – that's what they had.”
“And all they can do is try and burn me all the time. But I know I was born and raised in this part of the state. I have lived in a central time zone for the rest of my life.
“I've never tried races before, but I'm grateful that I'm at least watching it in turnout. Republicans vote really early,” Patronis said.
