Democrats who disrupted Trump speech getting reprimanded by own leadership

A group of Congressional Democrats who showed signs of handheld protests or used other methods to distract President Donald Trump's speech on Tuesday evening to congressional speech, have used other methods, according to a recent report.

Multiple Democrats in Congress made headlines for highly public protests during their speech at Trump's joint session on Tuesday evening. Democrats in particular were condemned by Congress Thursday morning after he cried out to Trump during his speech and waved his wand to the president.

“This is the consulting process,” one of the familiar sources I told Axios Of the meetings that have occurred since then, both protesting members and Democratic leaders have been involved. “We understand the pressure they are under.”

“They're not spoken like kids,” the source continued. “We're helping them understand why their strategy is a bad idea.”

House Democrats told Acios that Democrats should have known better than publicly protesting Trump during their speech using unorthodox methods.

“It's not surprising that I'm very upset about my leadership,” the lawmaker said. “They gave specific instructions not to do that.”

“Did they do that? [Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi]? You know the answer: Never, “The lawmakers continued axios.” So you have to put the hammer. ”

The second House Democrat told Axios that his leadership was “very unhappy” with Democrat Heckler, and several lawmakers, including Melanie Stansbury, DN.M., DN.M., Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, Maxwell Frost, D-FLA, and Maxine Dexter, D-OR, were asked to meet Jesus.

Democratic strategists outside Congress also responded to the outspoken acts of lawmakers during Trump's speech.

“I'm sure Rep. Greene got a lot of Attavoys from the base because of his protest,” said Democratic strategist David Axelrod. He told Politico In an interview. “But, along with many other Americans, not just Republicans, they weren't as attractive as Marjorie Taylor Green and Lauren Boebertling Biden,” Axelrod said. “It's just not particularly useful.”
